Terms of service

By using Validated (validated.page) you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You sign in with an X account that you control.
• Only list landing pages that you own or are authorized to measure.
• If you install the Validated snippet, you're responsible for telling your visitors about it in your own privacy notice.

Fair play

• Don't inflate your numbers with bots, paid or scripted traffic, fake signups, or by tampering with the snippet or your analytics.
• We may flag, hide or remove listings that look manipulated, and suspend the accounts behind them. Flagged listings show as "Under review".
• Paying for any future product never changes a ranking or earns a badge.

The service

• Validated is free at launch. We may add paid features later, with notice.
• Metrics come from connected sources and can be incomplete, for example when visitors decline analytics cookies. The service is provided "as is", without warranties.
• We may change these terms; we'll post the new version here.
